Meet Jo Bealey
I’m Jo, an attachment-based psychotherapist, couples therapist and Circle of Security practitioner. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens in safe, attuned relationships, where all parts of you are welcome. Over the years, I’ve supported individuals, couples, and parents in making sense of the patterns that once kept them safe but now feel limiting. My role is to offer both a secure base and a gentle challenge so you can find new ways of relating, not only to others, but also to yourself. Whether in therapy, groups, or supervision, I hold space with compassion, curiosity, and respect for the courage it takes to show up.
Because understanding yourself is the beginning of being understood.
Inside this free guidebook, you’ll discover: - Gentle prompts to help you notice and name what’s happening in your body. - Language to bring clarity to even the most complicated emotions. - Safe ways to begin expressing yourself, without fear of being “too much.” - Space to explore inherited patterns, so you can create new possibilities for your relationships and for your inner child.
