Hello! I'm Jo Bealey.

Hi, I’m Jo Bealey—an Attachment and Relationship Therapist based in the UK. I support individuals, couples, and parents to better understand how their early emotional experiences and attachment strategies shape the way they connect, communicate, and relate in the present. My work is rooted in compassion, emotional safety, and attachment-informed approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Whether I’m working with indidvudals or with couples, my aim is to gently guide people back to themselves—helping them build secure relationships, both with others and within. I offer therapy, parenting courses, and resources for those ready to explore the inner work, break patterns, heal attachment wounds and create more emotionally connected, resilient relationships.
